RNaseOUT is a potent non-competitive inhibitor of pancreatic-type RNases such as RNase A. Like other RNase inhibitors, RNaseOUT is an acidic protein with a molecular weight ~52 kDa. RNaseOUT inhibits RNase A, RNase B, and RNase C.
