Porcine parvovirus and mycoplasma tested. Contains 5.0 g/L of trypsin (1:250), 2.0 g/L of EDTA 4Na, 8.5 g/L of NaCl, but no phenol red. Aseptically prepare 1X solution in balanced salt solution without Ca++ and Mg++.
