REGISTRATION

Registration is available to University of Toronto faculty, staff and affiliated hospital staff for departmental purchasing only. Departmental purchasing info and delivery address are required. Affiliated hospitals are listed in the institution list below.

Registration and approval may be permitted to private entities but will be subject to managements approval. Registration is NOT available to students or the general public.

MedStore reserves the right to refuse any registration at management's own discretion.

USE LIMITATIONS

As between you and us, unless we expressly state otherwise in supplementary terms, our sale of products to you grants you only a limited, nontransferable right to use the quantity of products purchased from us for your internal research purposes at the approved location that we delivered to. No right to transfer, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, distribute, or resell our products or any of their components is conveyed expressly, by implication, or by estoppel.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable under any legal theory (including but not limited to contract, negligence, strict liability in tort or warranty of any kind) for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, multiple, exemplary or consequential damages (including but not limited to all costs of cover, lost profits, lost data, loss of business, loss of goodwill or loss of revenue) that you might incur under the agreement, or that may arise from or in connection with our products or services, even if we had notice of the possibility of such damages.

RETURN POLICY

No return of non-stocked special order "virtual" items.

Special order "virtual" or regular "stocked" items must be picked up within 30 days; items not picked up will be claimed by MedStore for re-sale without refund.

No return of dated or perishable items.

No return of chemicals.

No return if packaging has been opened.

No return on toner cartridges (manufacturers, warranty only).

All returns must be accompanied by receipt.

No returns after 10 business days.

Approved returns where the method of payment was credit card are subject to a 10% service charge

No service charge on the following:

a) The item is defective (manufacturer's warranty).

b) The item received is not the ordered item.

c) The item differs in specifications from the item described in our web site.

d) The method of payment was AMS account (U of T internal payment method)

MedStore reserves the right to refuse return for any reason.
