Return Policy

No return of non-stocked special order "virtual" items.

Special order “virtual” or regular “stocked” items, must be picked up within 30 days; items not picked up will be claimed by MedStore for re-sale without refund.

No return of dated or perishable items.

No return of chemicals.

No return if packaging has been opened and/or written on.

No return on toner cartridges (manufacturers warranty only).

All returns must be accompanied by receipt.

No returns after 10 business days.

Returns are subject to a 10% service charge.

No service charge on the following:

• a) The item is defective (manufacturers warranty).
• b) The item received is not the ordered item.
• c) The item differs in specifications from the item described in our web site.
• d) The method of payment was AMS (University of Toronto internal payment method).

MedStore reserves the right to refuse return for any reason.
