MedStore Online registration is open to University and hospital research and administrative units in the Toronto region.
Can I submit an online order without registering for a MedStore Online account?No, registration is required for online ordering.
How do I change my MedStore Online account information?
Log in to your account, then click your name on the right side of the menu bar and select 'Details' to view your account profile, where can change your password, update your credit card expiry, and add new delivery addresses.
How do I save more than one method of payment to my MedStore Online account?
Contact MedStore customer service to add alternate methods of payment to your account. Please note only one method of payment may be provided during initial account registration.
Where can I find receipts for past orders?
Log in to your account, then click on the Orders link in the menu bar. If you cannot find the receipt, contact MedStore customer service for assistance. Please include the transaction/posting date(s), total dollar value, and last 4 digits of the charged card.
What should I do if I cannot recall my MedStore Online username or password?
Contact MedStore customer service to verify your login credentials and reset your password if necessary.
What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum order.
What can I do if I need a product but MedStore does not carry it?
Contact MedStore customer service, including the product information and your expected frequency/volume of ordering, and we may be able to add the product to our catalog.
What taxes will be charged for my order?
HST is included on any order paid for by credit card. No taxes are included on orders paid for by direct debit of a UofT cost center.
When will I receive my delivery order?
Stocked items (those listed in the catalog with a real-time inventory quantity) should be delivered within 1-2 business days of your order. Special order or 'virtual' items (those listed in the catalog with a delivery timeline) are not stocked on-site, but should be delivered to MedStore within the estimated timeline. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for delivery to your location for these items. Contact MedStore customer service if you need an update on your delivery order.
How do I display stocked products only when searching the MedStore Online catalog?
The list of top-level product Categories is displayed to the left of your search results. Click "ALL" beside the Categories header to toggle your search to "STOCK ONLY" and filter out any special order items. Click again to toggle back to "ALL" and remove the filter.
