How do I change my customer information?

Click on your name in the upper right corner once logged in and you have the ability to change credit card expiry, password, and add new delivery addresses.

How can I get a copy of an old receipt?

When logged in, click on Orders in the menu bar.

Who can register as a MedStore Customer?

How do I register as a MedStore on-line customer?

Click on the Register button in the menu bar.

Can I place an order without registering my account?

No. You must be a registered customer to purchase from MedStore.

If I have more than one corporate credit card can I set up more than one on my account?

Yes, but you need to contact MedStore to do this. We can add additional credit cards to your account.

What Should I do if I forget my login or password?

You can call 416-946-7197 and be ready to provide the answer to the question you selected when registering.

Do you have a minimum order?

No, there is no minimum order.

What if I can't find the product that I am looking for?

Just come to the counter and ask. We may be able to procure what you're looking for.

How can I be sure I will receive my order?

What taxes will I be charged?

That depends on the customer type. University researchers pay PST only. Hospital customers pay GST only. Students pay PST/GST.

When will I receive delivery of the product that I ordered?

The search tool is bringing up too many products, how do I display in-stock items only?

There is a button in the left pane beside categories. You can toggle the display of non-stock items.

The search tool is not displaying product that I know MedStore sells, what am I doing wrong?
