High fidelity is provided by a proprietary enzyme preparation containing recombinant DNA polymerase from Thermococcus species KOD with proofreading activity. Thermostable AccuPrime™ proteins enhance primer-template hybridization during every cycle, increasing specificity and yield. With AccuPrime™ Pfx SuperMix you'll:
