With pyridoxine (substitutes pyridoxine HCl for pyridoxal HCl),

Sterile-filtered.
Supplement with 0.365 gm/L L-glutamine. Liquid form of original 1:1 mixture of DMEM/Ham's F-12, with one important exception. Pyridoxal, which is an aldehyde, has been replaced with pyridoxine. This modification has been shown to improve the stability of the medium.
Suitable for growth of wide range of cell types in low serum conditions.
