Description

dNTP Mixes are aqueous solutions at pH 7.0 containing dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP, each at a final concentration of either 25mM, 10mM or 2mM. dNTP mixes are ready-to-use solutions designed to save time and to provide higher reproducibility in PCR and other applications.

Applications

For use in all molecular biology applications, including PCR, long PCR, real-time PCR, high fidelity PCR, RT-PCR, cDNA synthesis, primer extension and DNA labeling.
