Contains GlutaMAX™-I substituted on a molar equivalent basis for L-glutamine. Contains 4,500 mg/L D-glucose and 110 mg/L sodium pyruvate. Contains the dipeptide L-Alanyl-L-Glutamine substituted on a molar equivalent basis for L-glutamine. Contains sodium pyruvate and pyridoxine HCl. Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Media are well suited for supporting the growth of a broad spectrum of mammalian cell lines.
