It is a two-part reagent cosistant of Reagent A (luminol) and Reagent B (an enhancer) used in equal volumes to attain most intense light emmission Two bottles labelled: HRP Chemiluminescent Substrate, Reagent A: 125 mls and HRP Chemiluminescent Substrate, Reagent B.
