TaqMan® Fast Advanced Master Mix contains AmpliTaq® Fast DNA Polymerase, uracil-N glycos\ ylase (UNG), dNTPs with dUTP, ROX™ dye (passive reference), and optimized buffer components. It is supplied at a 2X concentration.
